Public Meeting in Clearwater

There will be a public meeting on Feb 22nd at 7:00 pm at the Community Resource Centre in Clearwater. This will be a regular meeting of the Clearwater Incorporation Study Group Committee.  

The objective of the incorporation study process is to provide local citizens with complete and accurate information to allow citizens to make an informed decision on referendum day. The committee is neutral on the question of incorporation and our major role is to seek the required information for citizens. However, to do that we require citizens to make their questions/concerns known by talking to the committee. Committee is committed to obtaining the information to address the questions.

 In Clearwater there are several avenues to make questions/concerns known:

 1)             personal discussions with committee members at meetings or outside

meetings;

2)      phone  calls to discuss;

3)      electronic mail;

4)      place question in boxes that have been placed at the Community Resource

Centre and the Library.

Committee strongly encourages the public to make questions/concerns known. The only bad question is the one that was not asked. 

 Dates, location, and times of future Clearwater Incorporation Committee meetings will appear in the newspaper.
